Our Story

Red Hot Chilli Pepper (RHCP) is an award-winning restaurant inspired by the Sino-Indian cultural fusion that began in the thriving Chinatowns of Kolkata (formerly Calcutta). Founded by chefs from the renowned Taj Group of Hotels this dining concept and extensive menu has been consciously designed to offer an assortment of options to the purely carnivorous, vegetarian, or vegan diners. RHCP uses the finest and freshest locally sourced produce available. Every dish is made to order and designed to delight your senses, resulting in a magical dining experience.

After successfully launching multiple locations in India, in 2012 RHCP opened its first US location in San Carlos CA. Based on the initial success and growing demand for Indo Chinese cuisine, RHCP expanded its footprint to multiple locations in USA and continues to add more locations over time.
